The service (salesperson, office staff and installers) along with cost was excellent. No complaints at all. Would recommend Acco to anybody. Good JobPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tim and the team at Acco were excellent. From my panicked call when my unit failed and it was freezing at home to understanding my fear at the Ford & Doonan quote and assessment that my system was a "full replacement and $15,000" as I had called them first. ($350 wasted). Paying a second Call Out fee to Acco and having Tim and Jamie assess that the unit could be repaired and not just replaced was worth every dollar. Two weeks from that call I have a warm home, heart and gratitude to them and Acco. $1800 was the cost and I urge any Air Con consumer to consider them as I give them 10/10. Thank you, team Acco. I won't google again I have saved you to my phone.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great and friendly service, prompt response and reasonably priced. They fixed a faulty zone meter to our ducted aircon in one visit after we sent a photo.
