I was promptly and politely responded to regarding the problem and asked if I could send a picture of what the hand remote screen was displaying. After doing so I was told it looked like a faulty remote and if I had the time so as to save the call out fee (wow just amazing a place that actually wants to save you money!!!😍) if I could bring the remote to their Myaree premises. 30 minutes later I walked out of the shop with a new universal remote preprogrammed for my Daikin. They politely answered our many emails and sent us multiple quotes as we kept looking at different options. The installation staff were all very respectful and hardworking.
