I contacted Acco to discuss with them my malfunctioning heating option on my Daikin unit. I was promptly and politely responded to regarding the problem and asked if I could send a picture of what the hand remote screen was displaying. After doing so I was told it looked like a faulty remote and if I had the time so as to save the call out fee (wow just amazing a place that actually wants to save you money!!!😍) if I could bring the remote to their Myaree premises. 30 minutes later I walked out of the shop with a new universal remote preprogrammed for my Daikin. Problem solved!!! ACCO recently installed a new ducted system for our home and removed the existing old unit completely. The whole process was professionally completed by a great team of installers and asking any questions was never a problem for any of the team to answer. The initial visit to the their office was great old school service but very informative on the latest technology with airconditioning systems . The price quoted for our home was highly competitive against similar companies for a quality product and installation. I would recommend ACCO based on our experience with this family company .
